About Us:
The North Shore Destination Group is a Non-Profit organization whose mission is to promote the North
Shore of Oahu as the premier Hawaiian destination filled with history, charm, and beauty.

   Polynesian Cultural Centers

The Polynesian Cultural Center, Hawaii's #1 paid visitor attraction offers fun learning from natives in 7-island villages representing the cultures of Aotearoa, Fiji, Hawaii, Marquesas, Samoa, Tahiti and Tonga. Participate in interactive demonstrations in each village including poi balls, fire making, tattoos and hula lessons.  Watch the exciting Rainbows of Polynesia canoe pageant, watch an IMAX film, enjoy the award-winning Alii Luau and spectacular Horizons show featuring a cast of more than 100 performers.

   Kualoa Ranch

Welcome to Kualoa Ranch Hawaii.  Kualoa means "long back" in Hawaiian, a probable reference to the shape of the tall mountains behind the visitor center.  Ancient Hawaiians (and many of their descendants today) considered Kualoa one of the most sacred places on Oahu.  It wa a Pu'uhonua (place of refuge) and a training ground for the royal children, who were instructed in arts of war, history and social traditions.

If the Ranch's 4,000 acres look familiar, that's because Kualoa Ranch has been the site of many TV shows and Holly wood films including Jurassic park, Windtalkers, Pearl Harbor, Godzilla, 50 first Dates, and most recently You Me And Dupree.

Whether you choose to ride a horse, drive on an ATV, take a ranch tour of just relax in our visitor center, we hope you enjoy your visit with us! "Kualoa Land And Legacy".
